Clean accommodation, kind hosts, LOVELY HOT WATER with good water pressure. Breakfast included is basic but pleasant. Good air conditioning, fan and natural light. Nice clean pool that is super refreshing when the sun is out. Free drinking water refills.

breakfast fantastic location need to get go gek or scooter easy to get about as hot and 3 km from centre on the main road but look at the rice field out back quiet accommodation very kind staff so helpful accommodating

A good place to stay out of the center of Ubud, especially if you have a room on the back site (less noice from the street). The owner and staff are very friendly and the breakfast is nice. The room is comfortable and well equipped.

The premises was very clean throughout and the staff / family were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included was very tasty and all in all for the price we paid for the accommodation we were very happy with all aspects.
